Instituto Ginecológico Bau is a private clinic located in Madrid with a first-class medical and healthcare team with extensive experience in women's care at all stages of their lives.

Clinic's management board’s commission focused on designing its new identity based on a global redefinition of its visual style.

Professionalism, experience, exclusivity and proximity are the core values that have laid the new visual style project foundations. The challenge was to break away from the cold and impersonal image characterising the gynaecological sector.

We worked on an aesthetic marked by soft blue and cream tones combined with a simple and clean font.

In the sector of gynaecology clinics, we observed a trend on visual identities:

There is generally a tendency with "handmade" shapes that bring to mind a woman's silhouette or female anatomy.

For Instituto Bau’s symbol, we have taken to extreme minimalism the concept of the "uterus", opting therefore for abstraction against realism when it comes to shapes.
